Fee Structure

Prospectus & Application Processing Fee
The prospectus, along with the admission application form, can be obtained by paying INR 1000/- by cash at the campus or by sending a DD in favour of Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts and Communication payable at New Delhi by post.

Integrated Marketing Communication (Advertising & Public Relations) Rs. 2, 15,000/-
Applied Journalism and Media Communication Rs. 2, 15,000/-
Digital Media Communication Rs. 2, 15,000/-
Film & Video Production Rs. 2, 15,000/- (For Sixteen Months)
Creative Photography Rs. 1, 50,000/-
Sound Recording and Designing Rs. 1, 25,000/-

Payment Structure
The payment of course fees has been broken into three installments for convenience during the course. The payment schedule is as follows for all the courses.
At the time of admission 1st Installment 40%
20th Oct 2011 to 30th Oct 2011 2nd Installment 30%
20th Jan 2012 to 30th Jan 2012 3rd Installment 30%


Financial Assistance
SACAC has made arrangements with the City Union Bank in Delhi to facilitate educational loan to students who have been admitted to the Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts and Communication for the academic year 2011-12.

The educational loan will be on the prevailing rate of interest decided by the bank. The amount of loan provided to the student will be decided by the bank. The granting of the loan will be subject to criteria of the bank and the final decision will be theirs.

Terms & Conditions
  • Fees once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Students need to pay an additional refundable caution deposit of INR 10,000.00
  • The courses require the students to visit and participate in seminars, film festivals, outdoor productions, field trips, etc. The students are expected bear the expenses of necessary transport, lodging and boarding.
  • Students who will have to sit for re-examination due to failing to secure mandatory marks will have to pay INR 1000 as re-examination fee for each paper they have to re-write.
  • A fine of INR 50 per day will be imposed for late payments. Further, if the fee is not paid even after a month of the stipulated date, the student will be de–listed from the batch and barred from attending classes.
  • Film and Video Production students need to have a personal HDD of 1TB (minimum) for the coursework.
  • Sound Recording and Design Students need to have a personal HDD of 500GB (minimum) and professional Headphones for the coursework.
  • Creative Photography students need to have their own Digital SLR camera, flash, and other accessories – in addition to a personal HDD of 500GB (minimum) for their coursework.
Students failing to clear their dues will not be allowed to sit for the final examinations and participate in diploma projects.
