Integrated Marketing Communications (Ad & PR)
The one year Post Graduate Diploma in Integrated Marketing Communications at SACAC is an advertising course that breaks down the traditional advertising, public relations, and marketing silos by challenging practitioners to apply the optimum mix of media and message to motivate the target audience to act.
Students learn to evaluate audience demographics and apply the appropriate communication channels and messages based upon the audiences' needs and the business realities of marketing campaigns.
Through an optimum mix of simulation exercises, case study analysis, self-directed reading, and classroom teaching, students develop a professional tool kit to attain marketing success. In addition to sharing experience & observations from the industry, our faculty members act as guides for students in their personal and professional lives.
After a strong foundation in marketing and communications, students may choose to specialize in Communications Management, Public Relations Management, or Copywriting & Content Development.
NOTE: This programme requires students to have their own laptops.
