Twilight is the first film festival exclusively meant for short films in India that promotes short film aesthetics and narratives. Twilight is targeted at the students and young filmmakers from India. To promote and provide a space for the young and enthusiastic filmmakers, we have a competition section for their films. This brings in young filmmakers from across the nation. Twilight this year decides to bring the festival to an exiting space. The campus of the host Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts & Communication (SACAC), the very campus that has a budding film school. Located in the hearth of South Delhi (i.e behind IIT and on the route of the outer ring road of DTC) SACAC well located. The campus boasts of an auditorium, amphitheatre, cafe and a lot of green space to just hang around. We feel the screenings, aestheshorts, discussions, debates and chats will be much more exciting and more as compared to any of the Twilight’s last edition.

Twilight’10 also takes the fundamental shift form its previous editions by merging the competition into one of formal students and non formal young filmmakers. The films were up for competition for cinematic merit and awards were decided by an eminent panel of jury that comprised of eminent jurist, film critic, academician and filmmakers. There will be 10 awards and 2 special mentions in any category as decided by the jury. To know more visit the page of awards.
