SACAC is a unit of Sri Aurobindo Society and is housed on the campus of the Delhi headquarters of the Society.

Sri Aurobindo Society seeks to bring a dynamic spirituality into material life and all its activities, so that global problems can find a true solution, and the dreams of humanity through the ages can be realised

The Society is a non-profit organization, working throughout the world for individual perfection, social transformation and human unity in diversity.
It is the Society’s aim to bring together all those who want to dedicate themselves to this advent of a new world, with no distinction of nationality, religion, caste or gender.

The Delhi branch of Sri Aurobindo Society offers facilities like a library, yoga classes, meditation room, readings and discussion of the philosophy of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother and cultural activities and programmes.
