“Waiting for the Flood” at Voices from the Waters International Film Festival 2017

We are happy to share that Abhinava Bhattacharyya and Mallika Visvanathan’s CDC mid-term project Waiting for the Flood has been selected for the 12th Voices from the Waters International Film Festival 2017.

Film synopsis: The film is driven by a longing for water. Journeying across a nallah, a bail and a dried-up hauz in Delhi; the film is an attempt to explore the experience of time through memory, history and absence.
