Admissions to the various one-year Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma programmes start at different times of the year. Each of the courses has different eligibility criteria, application requirements and fees.

We would suggest that before applying for any of the courses, you go through the Admission Procedure, Application Form and Tuition & Fees sections carefully.

APPLICATION FORMS
The procedure for accessing and submitting the application form for all Postgraduate Diploma and Diploma programmes is as follows:
  1. Click on the relevant link below to download the Application Form in PDF format.
  2. Complete all sections of the form accurately, sign the declaration and submit a printed copy at the SACAC office, either in person or through mail.
  3. A Processing Fee of Rs.2000/- is applicable with each submitted application form. You can pay this amount by cash at the SACAC office or by sending a DD in favour of “Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts and Communication” payable at New Delhi.
NOTE: We cannot process application forms that are incomplete or without submission of the Processing Fee.

CHECKLIST FOR ENCLOSURE
  1. Crossed DD for Rs. 2000/- in favour of “Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts & Communication”, payable at New Delhi.
  2. Two photographs of size 3cm X 4cm.
  3. Self attested photocopy of mark sheets of graduation and other relevant academic certificates. Admit card/examination ticket, if you are appearing for your final graduation examination.
  4. Attach your CV with the form at the time of submission.
  5. Course specific essays as stated under ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH COURSE.
  6. Portfolio/CD/DVD in safe folders/pouches, as specified under ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH COURSE.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. An application form once sold/issued in the name of a candidate cannot be returned and/or transferred.
  2. SACAC reserves the right to call applicants for interview.
  3. An application form should be complete in all respects.
  4. Rights to admission are reserved with SACAC.
  5. Fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  6. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

Terms & Conditions
Students need to pay an additional refundable caution deposit of Rs. 10,000/-
Fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A fine of Rs. 50/- per day will be charged for the first 30 days, post which the student may be barred from attending classes.
Students who will have to appear for re-examination due to failure to secure mandatory marks, will have to pay Rs. 1000/- as re-examination fee for each paper they have to re-write.
Students failing to clear their dues will not be allowed to appear for the final examinations and participate in diploma projects.
Advertising & Public Relation (IMC) students need to have a laptop.
Audio Engineering & Music Production students need to have a  laptop, pair of professional headphones and HDD of 1 TB (minimum).
Photography students need to have a DSLR Camera, flash and other accessories,  HDD of 1 TB (minimum).
Creative Documentary Course students need to have a Camera, laptop and HDD of 1 TB (minimum) with a USB 3 port.
The courses require the students to go on study tours, film festivals, exhibitions, etc. The students are expected to bear the expenses of necessary transport, lodging and boarding.
