With over 30 years in media, Dr. Sabiha Farhat is an award-winning TV producer, documentary filmmaker, and academic. Her acclaimed documentaries—Whistle Blowers (Rajat Kamal, 2007) and Patri Par Bachpan—explore grassroots India and have screened internationally. She has worked with organisations like UNDP, Action Aid, and various Indian ministries. A published author (Kiran: The Power of One, Penguin) and PhD scholar in “Female Gaze & Women Cinematographers in India,” she has taught at various universities.
