Sudarshan Rodriguez holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Loyola College, Chennai, and a Master’s in Environmental Science from Bishop Heber College, Trichy. He also earned a second Master’s in Environmental Assessment and Evaluation from the London School of Economics and Political Science. With over 17 years of experience, including work with UNDP-India and civil society groups, he brings rich interdisciplinary expertise in natural resource management, coastal-marine conservation, and stakeholder advocacy. A certified practitioner coach in the Conscious Full-Spectrum Response Approach by Dr. Monica Sharma, Sudarshan leads Radical Transformational Leadership workshops to mentor emerging development professionals in ethical, systems-based change. At SACAC, he integrates science, ethics, and sustainability, committed to demystifying knowledge and fostering well-being for both people and the planet.
