Sound Designer
V Varun Venkataraman, a structural engineer turned sound designer, holds an Honours Diploma from Vancouver Film School. He works as a sound designer and re-recording mixer for films, web series, and games across languages. His credits include Ponniyin Selvan 1 & 2, 99 Songs, and Putham Puthu Kaalai. An Indian Recording Arts Academy Award winner, Varun has collaborated with Mani Ratnam and A.R. Rahman. He teaches sound design and mixing at SACACAC, specializing in surround sound formats.
