Shrutika Mathur
Shrutika Mathur’s passion for storytelling deepened through the SACAC Creative Writing Course, which helped her develop a disciplined writing practice and sharpen her observation skills. These tools were vital in creating her book We Mean Business: 20 Entrepreneurs, 20 Stories, featuring inspiring women entrepreneurs from non-metro India. Through interviews and research, she crafted authentic graphic narratives that capture real-life experiences without losing their essence. Published in Hindi and English, the book won Comic Graphic Novel of the Year (PubliCon 2023) and Printed Book of the Year (Hindi, 2024). Shrutika now works as a communications professional in the development sector.
